The PSILO-QTest is performed in four simple steps:
- Preparation: Crush dried mushroom material and mix well. Then weigh out 150 mg of starting material.
- Extraction: Add weighed starting material to the supplied extraction liquid.
- Detection: Take up extraction liquid and add it to the detection solution.
- Evaluation: Allow colour complex to develop and evaluate with evaluation scale.
Modified lid only
Plastic lid fitted with a syringe filter for sterile gas exchange and a reusable syringe port. The lid will screw onto a consol jar.
Injection Ports
High quality self healing injector ports. Autoclavable. These rubber self-healing ports can be used to make your own culture/spawn jar lids. These stoppers can withstand ~30 injections before they will need to be replaced. They fit into a 12 mm diameter hole.
