The PSILO-QTest is performed in four simple steps:

• Preparation: Crush dried mushroom material and mix well. Then weigh out 150 mg of starting material.
• Extraction: Add weighed starting material to the supplied extraction liquid.
• Detection: Take up extraction liquid and add it to the detection solution.
• Evaluation: Allow colour complex to develop and evaluate with evaluation scale.
