I grew these in a bulk growing bag and was able to colonize and fruit it in just under 2 months in a clean kitchen cupboard, very sturdy and easy to grow.
The mushrooms themselves are short and fat with a light brown cap, sometimes with white or dark brown speckles, and big meaty stems. I was able to grow one to 13 grams measured on a kitchen scale.
